Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 31, 2026
Unbottle Men ("we," "us") publishes essays and resources about men's mental wellness. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect when you visit the site and what we do with it. Short version: as little as possible, and never sold.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you choose to subscribe to The Weekly Drop or send us a message via the contact form.
- Anonymous analytics — page views, country, referrer, device type. We do not track you across other sites.
- Cookies — a small preference cookie to remember your light/dark theme choice. That's it.
What we do with it
- Send you the newsletter, if you asked for it.
- Reply to messages you send us.
- Understand which articles help the most readers so we can write more of those and fewer duds.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
- Use your data to build advertising profiles.
- Run behavioural retargeting pixels (no Meta Pixel, no TikTok Pixel).
Third parties we rely on
Email delivery, hosting, and privacy-friendly analytics are handled by reputable providers under their own data-protection terms. Some article links are affiliate links — if you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission, but the merchant doesn't tell us who you are.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. You can also ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you by writing to admin@unbottlemen.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR; if you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA. We honour both.
Children
This site is written for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, email subscribers.
